Chapter 1 — Grace 4 statues
Behind the reception counter, on the lower shelf between two filing trays. Collect on the first visit before the Shadow Ghost's first appearance.
On the Director's Office desk, next to the safe (the safe containing the Crimson Umbrella Badge). Requires Director's Office Safe to be opened first to distract the Shadow Ghost.
On top of the examination table, sitting upright. In the same room as the Patient 047 Transfer Notes clipboard (vault PIN).
Under the piano bench in the Music Therapy Room. Collect after Leon's puzzle unlocks the room — this statue is accessible during Grace's chapter as well as Leon's.
Chapter 2 — Grace Basement 2 statues
On the electrical panel shelf in the Basement Electrical Room. Collect immediately after defeating Chunk — the room becomes accessible right after the Chunk encounter ends.
Inside the ventilation shaft between the Basement Maintenance Room and the Research corridor. Crawl through the shaft — Mr. Raccoon #9 is in the middle section of the duct.
Chapter 2 — Leon Care Center 1 statue
In the Care Center Attic during the Chunk (Leon encounter). On a wooden rafter beam above the eastern ladder. Collect before defeating Chunk as it becomes inaccessible after the attic cutscene.
Chapter 3 3 statues
On the second floor of the partially collapsed apartment building in East Raccoon City. Accessible after using the Corrosive on the rusted door on the ground floor.
Behind the sandbag barrier at the abandoned police checkpoint. On top of a metal box between two sandbag stacks.
At the top of the Bell Tower. Requires the Bell Tower Key from the Police Sub-Station. The Classic 70 Rifle is found at the top of the Bell Tower — Mr. Raccoon #13 is on the ledge directly below the rifle rack.
Chapter 4 7 statues
In the RPD East Wing ground floor corridor. On the floor inside the partially open locker in the officers' locker room.
On the RPD second floor west corridor window ledge, outside the window. Access by climbing through the broken window — Mr. Raccoon #15 is on the exterior ledge 2 meters to the right.
On the top shelf of the RPD Library's rare books cabinet — same cabinet containing the Diamond Key. Collect the Diamond Key and Mr. Raccoon #16 simultaneously.
On the display case shelf in RPD Evidence Storage, next to the Matilda IMP Handgun. Collect when retrieving the Matilda.
On top of the police cruiser in the RPD Parking Garage south section. Near Plant 43 Seedling #4 (Parking Garage wall).
Behind the main radio console in the RPD Communications Room. Tucked behind the central unit, visible only from the left side.
In the RPD Armory on the lower weapon rack. Requires the Armory Keycard. Collect alongside W870 Police Shotgun and BSAA Dogtag.
Chapter 5 3 statues
On the chapel altar table, next to the BSAA Access Code file. Collect both items simultaneously. MISSABLE — chapel locks after triggering the basement descent cutscene.
On the bookshelf in Dormitory Room 3, between two children's books. Same room as the animal painting that gives the Orphanage Garden Gate combination.
On the laboratory bench in the Orphanage Basement Research Lab. On a microscope tray at the far end of the bench.
Chapter 6 2 statues
On the ARK Observation Deck, behind the Marksman 1A Rifle weapon rack. Collect alongside the Marksman 1A Rifle.
On the bookshelf in the ARK Research Director's Office, second shelf from the top. MISSABLE — becomes inaccessible after interacting with the Central Chamber door terminal. Collect before triggering that terminal.
Prologue 3 statues
Behind the blue sedan on the left side of the parking lot, near the rear bumper. Collect before entering the hotel — the parking lot locks permanently after you go through the front door.
On the windowsill in Room 204, next to the curtain on the right side of the window. Collect while retrieving Alyssa's Evidence Bag.
On the office desk shelf, behind the safe. Must be collected before the fire event triggers in the hotel office.
