A three-round burst handgun and spiritual successor to the Matilda from RE2. Extremely high DPS but burns ammo rapidly.
A pump-action shotgun that serves as Leon's primary heavy weapon from mid-game. Devastating at close range. Found near the Chunk boss fight.
A secondary shotgun with higher ammo capacity than the MSBG 500. Found in the RPD Armory. Fires faster but with slightly less power.
A high-damage revolver found in a hidden location. Has the highest base power of any non-special weapon in the game. Bonus Content shop unlock.
A submachine gun that uses Handgun Ammo. Extremely high rate of fire. Useful for suppressing multiple enemies in tight corridors.
A bolt-action rifle for long-range precision engagements. One of only two rifles in Leon's arsenal. Found in the Raccoon City Central Bell Tower.
A semi-automatic DMR-style rifle. Fires faster than the Classic 70 but with slightly less precision. Found in the ARK Facility.
The most powerful weapon in the game. Single-use rocket launcher from the Bonus Content shop. Instantly kills or staggers any enemy.
Leon's signature melee weapon. Used for parrying boss attacks. Durability degrades with use and can be upgraded by destroying all 25 Mr. Raccoon statues.
A combat hatchet dropped by The Commander boss. Stronger than the standard Hatchet with higher base power and parry damage.
An infinite-durability knife from the Bonus Content shop. Never breaks. Essential for knife-only runs and resource conservation.
A durable general-purpose knife found in the Wrenwood Hotel. Better durability than the Makeshift Knife. Used for stealth kills and finishing downed enemies.
Leon's starting knife. Low durability, breaks after 2–3 uses. Mainly useful for the game's opening minutes before the Hunting Knife is found.
A single-shot hand-cannon from the Bonus Content shop. Uses Rifle Ammo. One shot kills any standard enemy. The highest damage-per-shot handgun in the game.
A break-action grenade launcher carried over from Capcom's classic RE toolkit. Found in the RPD Armory as an optional late acquisition. Can fire three grenade types crafted from Gunpowder combinations.
A fragmentation grenade that deals 360° explosive damage on detonation. Found throughout the game in destructible barrels, supply caches, and as Merchant purchases. Cannot be upgraded but can be combined with Flash Powder for a Flash Grenade variant.
A blinding flashbang crafted from Hand Grenade + Flash Powder. Stuns all enemies in radius for 5 seconds. Particularly effective against The Girl in early encounters (delays her movement toward Grace) and The Commander in Phase 2.
A crafted incendiary device that creates a burning area on detonation. Essential for clearing Plant 43 vine clusters and dealing bonus fire damage to vine-type enemies. Standard infected die in the fire pool after 2 seconds.
Grace Grace's Weapons & Tools
Grace's fully-automatic machine pistol. High fire rate but low power. Grace's most effective weapon against lightly-armored enemies.
Grace's primary healing and utility item. Crafted from blood samples collected by the blood collector combined with Scrap Metal. Tier 1 heals 50% HP; Tier 2 heals 100% HP and grants temporary defense boost; Tier 3 heals 100% HP, grants regeneration, and grants brief immunity to Elpis compound effects. Also the ONLY effective weapon against Chunk.
Both Shared Items
A standard medical injector used by both Leon and Grace. Heals approximately 50% of maximum HP. Found throughout the game and purchasable from the Merchant. Can be combined with two Green Herbs for a full-heal variant.
Classic Resident Evil save mechanic returned for Insanity difficulty. On Standard and Classic, saves are free at typewriters. On Insanity, each save costs one Ink Ribbon. Found in the environment and purchasable from the Merchant for 500 Credits each on Insanity.
