Med Injector
A standard medical injector used by both Leon and Grace. Heals approximately 50% of maximum HP. Found throughout the game and purchasable from the Merchant. Can be combined with two Green Herbs for a full-heal variant.

Found in supply cabinets, breakable barrels, and medical rooms throughout all chapters. Purchasable from Merchant for 800 Credits each. Full Heal variant (Med Injector + 2× Green Herb): Wrenwood Hotel has 3 Green Herbs near the groundskeeper shed. Care Center Nurses' Stations have 2–4 each. All chapters.
Expert Tips
Never carry more than 3 Med Injectors — inventory space is more valuable than excess healing. Combine with 2 Green Herbs to create a Full Heal before every boss encounter. The shared item box allows transferring Med Injectors between Leon and Grace — if Leon has surplus healing, transfer to Grace before her Chunk encounter. On Insanity difficulty, buy 2 Med Injectors from the Merchant at every chapter start.
